My process moves fluidly between digital and physical mediums, allowing me to create otherworldly, immersive landscapes. I begin by gathering photographs I’ve taken alongside images that resonate intuitively, digitally cutting and layering them to form the foundation of a collage. Rather than working toward a fixed outcome, I allow intuition to guide the composition — assembling fragments much like a puzzle, open to discovery as it unfolds.

As I create, I’m processing experiences, memories, and narratives that naturally find their way into the work, capturing a momentary snapshot of my subconscious at that point in time. When the digital collage reaches a sense of completion, I translate it into a physical painting. This step allows my hand to further transform the piece, introducing texture, imperfection, and a distinctly human presence. Painting over the collages offers greater freedom to experiment, deepen emotion, and bring the work fully to life.
